About the SB Property

The Southern Belle Property is an exploration target for low sulphidation epithermal precious metal mineralization. It consists of 8 claims totaling 3,517 hectares and is approximately 25 kilometres west of Merritt, British Columbia with competent road access. The SB Property lies within the Spences Bridge Gold Belt, a significant emerging exploration target which stretches from Princeton northwestward to Lillooet. The initial discovery of this type of epithermal mineralization in the Spences Bridge Gold Belt occurred in early 2000. Since then it has been continuously explored, including a staking rush in the area during the mid-2000’s.

There have been four exploration programs completed on the present SB claims. In 2005 and 2006, programs were completed by Midland Recording Ltd. and Strongbow Explorations Inc. respectively. Both included preliminary rock sampling and stream sediment sampling, with Strongbow’s program including a widely spaced soil grid. Their results located weakly to moderately strong Au-in-silt and Au-in-soil anomalies in the Nuaitch Creek area, a target of high priority. Strongbow Explorations also indicated three target areas identified as Targets 1, 2, and 3. In 2012, MGM Resources Corp. completed a rock and soil sampling exploration program based on the 2005/2006 results. This program confirmed Targets 1 and 2, and located three large linear Au-in-soil anomalies identified as Anomalies A, B and C. The SB Property was optioned by Alexandra Capital Corp. in early 2014. Alexandra completed the most recent exploration program in October 2014, with goals of investigating the previously documented target areas. Based on the geological environment of the SB Property and historical exploration results, the SB Property has substantial exploration potential.
